Areim signs new lease in Tidningskvarteren in Stockholm

Areim and Sweco have signed a 10-year lease agreement for 20,000 sqm of lettable area in Trängkåren 6 in Tidningskvarteren, Stockholm. Sweco has thus chosen to remain in Areim’s property, which will undergo sustainable adaptions to meet the company’s current and future needs for its head office.
Pictet acquires logistics property in Halmstad

Pictet Alternative Advisors has completed the acquisition of a newly built logistics property in Halmstad. The property comprises approximately 18,300 square meters of logistics space of institutional quality. The acquisition was completed for Pictet's Core Plus strategy.
Gladsheim Buys in Karlskoga

Gladsheim Fastigheter has bought a housing stock in Karlskoga comprising 83 apartments. The portfolio consists of three properties, with a total lettable area of 9,818 square meters, of which 78 percent of the property value consists of housing and 22 percent of premises. the purchase takes place in the form of a company with an underlying property value of SEK 65 million. The seller is Hallbergs Hyreshus and access was completed on 16 May.
Sweco Buys Norwegian Architectural Firm
