Sweden — Gladsheim Fastigheter has bought a housing stock in Karlskoga comprising 83 apartments. The portfolio consists of three properties, with a total lettable area of 9,818 square meters, of which 78 percent of the property value consists of housing and 22 percent of premises. the purchase takes place in the form of a company with an underlying property value of SEK 65 million. The seller is Hallbergs Hyreshus and access was completed on 16 May.

Norway — Sweco has signed an agreement to acquire TAG Arkitekter, thereby establishing an architectural business in the Norwegian market. Through the acquisition, TAG Arkitekter will become part of Europe's leading provider of integrated architectural and technical consulting services.

Denmark — Sweco has signed an agreement to acquire the Danish architecture firm Kant Arkitekter. Kant Arkitekter has a strong position in the public-sector learning and housing segments, particularly in the eastern part of Denmark.

Finland — Sponda has sold Sweco's head office in Helsinki to GLL Pan European Property Fund.

Denmark — Real Estate Company Dades invests MDKK 500 (€67M) in converting the furniture factory Gladsaxe to offices and 200 apartments. The Realtor Firm Lintrup & Norgard and Sweco Architects develop the project.

Sweden — Universum’s annual survey Företagsbarometern has now been made. Swedish university students have been asked about their future dream employers. The results show that Akademiska Hus is the Master of Science Engineering students’ favorite within real estate management while Svenska Bostäder is more popular within the Bachelor of Engineering students.
