The project includes construction of general housing, private housing, shop and café. The residential area consists of 7,125 square meters of public housing and 2,040 sqm of private housing, while the business area houses a Lidl shop with parking spaces and access points of 2,622 sqm and a café of 100 sqm. The building has a total construction cost of MDKK 130 before VAT. Tornhøjgaard Park in East Aalborg is expected to be completed by the end of 2020.
