Sweden — Realy Bostad is carrying out acquisitions in Goco in Mölndal with the ambition to start building 181 homes already this autumn. The seller is Trenum, which is owned by Balder and AP3.

Sweden — Both of the properties for police operations in Sörentorp that Fastighets AB Balder has managed since 2014 are now being sold to the Swedish Fortifications Agency.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement to sell about 900 homes to Trenum AB. The estimated property value at completion amounts to SEK 1.7 billion. The sale is contingent on the zoning plan coming into force, which is expected to be obtained in June 2020, revenue recognition will take place when the zoning plan comes into force.

Sweden — Grundingen Fastighets AB has signed an agreement with Trenum, owned by Balder and AP3, on the sale and financing of a residential project located in Söderport, Norrköping comprising 121 apartments.

Sweden — Serneke has signed an agreement with Trenum AB to sell a portfolio comprising approximately 875 rental apartments. The transaction is valued at a total of approximately SEK 1.8 billion.

Sweden — Through its fourth fund, Slättö IV, Slättö has divested to properties for a total transaction price of EUR 155M. Buyers are Trenum, owned by Balder and AP3, and Lansa, owned by Länsförsäkringar.
