Slättö Divests for EUR 155M

Sweden — Through its fourth fund, Slättö IV, Slättö has divested to properties for a total transaction price of EUR 155M. Buyers are Trenum, owned by Balder and AP3, and Lansa, owned by Länsförsäkringar.

The portfolio consist of 670 apartments. The properties are located in Täby and Lidingö in the Stockholm region as well as Västerås, Karlstad and Umeå.

”Slättö has added value in the process of developing the projects. We are very pleased with the deal. We strengthen our relations with Lansa and develop new relations with Trenum,” says Henrik Nordlöf, deputy CEO of Slättö.
