Sweden — SBB has made the company's largest investment to date in Uppsala through the acquisition of police station.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has sold residential units in the new Partille Port district to Heimstaden Bostad. Around 230 residential units are planned in the property of 12,500 sqm GFA as well as 3,000 sqm GFA of retail units and an underground garage. The estimated property value upon completion is around SEK 560 million.

Sweden — Heimstaden Bostad AB has from Magnolia Bostad acquired the first stage in Norra Kajen, Sundsvall Municipality. The project includes the development of 360 apartments and the property value upon completion will amount to approximately MSEK 670.

Sweden — Estea's wholly-owned subsidiary and alternative investment fund, Estea Sverigefastigheter 3, has acquired the property Björnen 12 in Karlstad from Arwidsro Fastigheter.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad has signed an agreement to acquire part of the Tullholmssågen 4 property in Karlstad municipality. Magnolia Bostad plans to develop the property into about 430 residential units of 25,500 square meters GFA.

Sweden — Slättö has, within its seventh fund, Slättö VII, where the fund operates a joint venture together with Fastpartner, agreed on the sale of housing at an underlying value of SEK 1.32 billion (EUR 127M). The buyer is a fund managed by Barings.

Sweden — Through its fourth fund, Slättö IV, Slättö has divested to properties for a total transaction price of EUR 155M. Buyers are Trenum, owned by Balder and AP3, and Lansa, owned by Länsförsäkringar.

Sweden — Magnolia Bostad divests the Fasanen project located in Central Arlöv, Burlöv’s municipality, encompassing 275 rental units. The divestment refers to, among others, the Burlöv Arlöv 20:58 property and the property value upon completion is estimated to approximately EUR 49M.
