The property is located in a good micro-location in central Karlstad and is directly adjacent to a property owned by the fund. The largest tenant in terms of volume is Folkuniversitetet. The acquisition comprises 3 756 square meters of lettable area and annual contracted rental income for the property is estimated to amount to approximately SEK 8.8 million.
