The buyer is a Nordic real estate investor and the divestment is carried through as a company deal. The deal is conditional on the financing of the buyer.
 
The contractor is Serneke and the construction start is preliminarily scheduled to Q1 2018. Magnolia Bostad will develop and run the project until the apartments are ready for occupancy, which is estimated to take place gradually from Q3 2019 and Q2 2020.
 
The project is located direct proximity to Arlöv city center and close to Burlöv Center that offers a wide range of services and retail.
 
The project is drawn by Arkitektlaget i Skåne and will consist of five buildings.
