Sweden — Peab has already completed construction of seven apartment buildings at Mariehöjd in Umeå and is now beginning on the eighth stage which will comprise 79 tenant-owner apartments and two common areas. The customer is Mariehöjd Produktion and the contract is worth SEK 133 million.

Sweden — Klarabo acquires a residential portfolio in Umeå of a total of 126 rental apartments with an underlying property value of SEK 175 million. The total area amounts to approximately 8,700 sqm and the portfolio will be taken over today.

Sweden — SBB acquires a portfolio of 40,000 sq.m. and building rights of approximately 20,000 sq.m. BTA in Umedalen, Umeå from Balticgruppen and Gazette.

Located close to the airport and just a few minutes from the city centre, the properties are strategically positioned. The agreed property value amounts to SEK 112 million. The seller of the property is Håkan Eriksson i Umeå AB and transfer of ownership will take place on 1 January 2020.

Sweden — Patrizia Immobilien AG has sold a portfolio with around 630 apartments in the Swedish university city of Umea. The buyer is Lerstenen Invest AB, a local investor from Sweden.
