The property portfolio in Umeå consists almost exclusively of housing totaling 82,255 sqm of rentable space. The acquisition also includes the possibility of building 150-200 apartments.
The total value of the property, including land, is agreed to EUR 118M before deducting deferred taxes, equivalent to about 14 000 Swedish crowns/sqm.

Completion is scheduled for October 1st, with reservation for resolutions made by the City Council on June 19th.
