The deal encompasses 23 apartment properties with a total leasable area of approximately 63,000 sqm. Possession will be taken on January 31st 2017. Through this deal Rikshem complements their current portfolio in Umeå and the company also gets the chance to establish a larger and more efficient management organization in the municipality.

After this acquisition Rikshem has approximately 1,400 apartments in Umeå, which makes Rikshem the city’s largest private residential company.
