Denmark — Wihlborgs has acquired the Vasekær 10-12 property in Herlev, Denmark. When the seller, Terma A/S, vacates the property on 30 June next year, Wihlborgs will begin redeveloping the property, turning it into a modern and flexible office building.

Sweden — In April 2022, the fintech company Inyett will move to new premises of 580 square metres at the Prisma office building in Oceanhamnen, Helsingborg. As such, the iconic office building is soon fully let.

Sweden — When Region Skåne’s Child and adolescent psychiatry (Barn- och ungdomspsykiatri, BUP) move in to the Hermes 10 building in Helsingborg at the end of 2022, they are moving to tailored, functional and centrally located premises.

Sweden — Wihlborgs is letting 840 square metres of the iconic Prisma office building, Ursula 1 in Oceanhamnen, to the software company Visma. Occupancy is planned for April 2022 and Prisma will become the workplace of 70 of Visma’s employees.

Sweden — Wihlborgs is letting 11,200 sqm to a logistics company at the Plåtförädlingen 11 property in Hamn-City, Helsingborg, with occupancy scheduled in August.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the restaurant and conference company Eatery to establish itself in Cube at the Ideon Science Park in Lund. This will be Eatery’s first venture in Skåne and is preliminarily set to open in September 2021.

Sweden — Wihlborgs Fastigheter AB publishes the updated prospectus for its MTN-program with a program size of SEK 4,000 m.

Sweden — Peter Olsson, who is currently Property Director at Wihlborgs, will become the new Regional Director in Malmö. Olsson has extensive experience from the property sector, of which the past four years have been spent at Wihlborgs.
