The new tenant, who operates in the financial sector, will move in in October. Other tenants in Hermes 10 include Campus Helsingborg, IKEA, City of Helsingborg, Capgemini and WSP. Another tenant is Mindpark, a co-working operation with around 75 companies and entrepreneurs, conference and meeting rooms of different sizes, event spaces, a café, and business incubators and accelerators. Wihlborgs acquired Hermes 10 encompassing a total of 51,000 square meters in April 2019 and work is now underway to create a clearer identity for the property.

“Helsingborg has developed a reputation as an e-commerce hub, but the business community is multi-faceted and also includes successful consultancy firms, tech companies and, for example, the banking and finance sector, who appreciate access to expertise and Helsingborg’s attraction as a city. As such, we are continuing to develop modern offices that can assist companies in creating creative and inspiring workplaces for their employees. Both the Hermes block and our new office project, Prisma, enjoy fantastic locations close to the water and the city centre with excellent commuting options thanks to the proximity to Helsingborg C,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
