Sweden — HR Director Tove Gleisner joins Wihlborgs Group Management from 1 September.

Sweden — In the autumn, Wihlborgs will start construction of a new industrial facility at Tomaten 1 in Hasslanda in Lund for the contract manufacturer Inpac. The building is set for completion in autumn 2023 with an initial 15-year lease.

Sweden — Wihlborgs letts 900 sqm in central Malmö.

Sweden — Game developer IO Interactive, currently working on a new James Band game, has signed an agreement with Wihlborgs for 1,800 square metres in the Erik Menved 37 property on Östergatan 20 in Malmö.

Denmark — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement to acquire the properties Hedegaardsvej 88 and Amager Strandvej 390 with a total lettable area of 52,000 square meters. Both properties are located close to Kastrup and Copenhagen Airport.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with the investment company Sandberg Development AB for 2,000 sqm at the Rosengård 130:403 property in Jägersro in Malmö. The lease is for three years, with occupancy scheduled for 1 September 2022.

Sweden — Wihlborgs strengthens its north Helsingborg presence with two acquisitions from Oscar Properties.

Denmark — Wihlborgs has acquired the Lersø Parkalle 107 property, which is located adjacent to one of Wihlborg’s existing properties in east Copenhagen. Improvements to standards in the property will begin soon.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement to acquire the Österport 7 property with a lettable area of 11,000 square metres in Drottningtorget in Malmö.

Sweden — In 2022, Wihlborgs is introducing internal pricing on CO2e emissions and a threshold for new-build projects. The aim is to increase focus on climate impact for project investments and to favour sustainable choices in supplier chains.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with a logistics customer for 5,900 sqm at Benkammen 16 in Fosie in eastern Malmö, an in-demand area with a low vacancy rate. Occupancy is scheduled for June 2022.

Sweden — Avensia is currently a tenant of Wihlborgs in both Lund and Helsingborg. And now, the IT company is opening an office in Malmö City in the former premises of Massive Entertainment at Sparven 15 on Drottninggatan.

Sweden — Wihlborgs is set to redevelop the Node property (Nya Vattentornet 2) at Ideon for its new tenant Länsförsäkringar Skåne, which has signed a ten-year lease for about 900 sqm of office space. Occupancy will take place in October 2022.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Trygg-Hansa for 12,000 sqm and a lease term of 15 years in the triple certified Kvartetten (Pulpeten 5) in Hyllie.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has signed an agreement with Doka Sverige AB for new construction of a facility spanning 2,200 sqm at Snårskogen 5 in north Väla in Helsingborg. The facility, which is scheduled for occupancy in the beginning of 2023, will house warehouses and offices for business operations in southern Sweden.

Sweden — Wihlborgs has acquired the Musköten 19 property in the popular Berga industrial area in Helsingborg.

Denmark — Wihlborgs has acquired the Vasekær 10-12 property in Herlev, Denmark. When the seller, Terma A/S, vacates the property on 30 June next year, Wihlborgs will begin redeveloping the property, turning it into a modern and flexible office building.

Sweden — In April 2022, the fintech company Inyett will move to new premises of 580 square metres at the Prisma office building in Oceanhamnen, Helsingborg. As such, the iconic office building is soon fully let.

Sweden — When Region Skåne’s Child and adolescent psychiatry (Barn- och ungdomspsykiatri, BUP) move in to the Hermes 10 building in Helsingborg at the end of 2022, they are moving to tailored, functional and centrally located premises.

Sweden — In Wihlborgs' new building Space, in the middle of Science Village in north-eastern Lund, the world’s largest oat drink manufacturer Oatly is starting a new research and innovation centre.

Denmark — Søren Kempf Holm joins Wihlborgs as CEO of its Danish subsidiary Wihlborgs A/S on 1 October. He succeeds Peter Ildal Nielsen, who has directed operations for 25 years.

Sweden — Wihlborgs is letting 840 square metres of the iconic Prisma office building, Ursula 1 in Oceanhamnen, to the software company Visma. Occupancy is planned for April 2022 and Prisma will become the workplace of 70 of Visma’s employees.
