BTJ specialises in information services and media for the knowledge sector with clients like libraries, universities, companies and organisations.
BTJ has signed a lease for 1,300 square metres at Cube, of which 1,100 square metres is office space and 200 square metres is warehouse space. Occupancy is scheduled for 1 September.
Wihlborgs has worked methodically with the construction of Node, Bricks and Cube (Nya Vattentornet 2-4), a cluster of three properties on Mobilvägen in the eastern area of Ideon in Lund, to create a broad offering of modern and efficient premises, a complete offering of services and various mobility solutions. Today it is a blossoming area for growth companies, with some 50 companies in various sectors and where BTJ will be a welcome addition.
“At BTJ, we are looking forward to moving to our new offices in Cube in the autumn. The new premises represent the modern digital service company that BTJ has become,” says Anette Grönroos, CEO of BTJ.
“As Lund expands towards Brunnshög, this cluster at Ideon will become increasingly central to everything. BTJ will have several exciting technology companies for neighbours, proximity to services like restaurants and gyms, and good connections – especially with the tram just a stone’s throw away,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
