The mobility hub on the lower floors of Vista will have approximately 430 parking spaces, including 45 charging stations with the opportunity to add more, car and bike pool solutions as well as bike parking with a changing room and showers. The mobility hub will have direct access to the stairwell and the building’s office premises.
The mobility hub is scheduled for completion at the end of 2024.
“Hyllie is a city district with high sustainability ambitions and hard-to-beat transportation links, and we want to participate in the district’s further development. It should be self-evident that anyone coming to Vista should be able to do so in a climate-smart and comfortable manner, regardless of whether this is by bike, train, bus or electric car. As such, we are investing heavily in mobility solutions,” says Ulrika Hallengren, CEO of Wihlborgs.
Vista will be Wihlborgs’ fourth office building in Hyllie and has a planned construction start in autumn 2023. Vista will be the first building people see as they cross the bridge from Denmark and will be certified in accordance with Miljöbyggnad Guld, WELL and NollCO2.
