The property value amounts to EUR 5.4M. The buyer is Helsingehus and possession will be taken on September 1st.
 
The divested properties mainly encompass spaces for offices and retail, but also a small amount of apartments. The two largest tenants are Arbetsförmedlingen and Willys. The transaction is carried through in company form and will be reported in Q3 2017.
