The background is that Nischer entered into an agreement in November 2023 to sell its development project in Säve. Access would have taken place at the end of March this year. However, due to a lack of ability to pay, the buyer has not completed his payments, and thus has not fulfilled his obligations according to the agreement. Nischer has therefore decided to cancel the agreement.

As a result of the cancellation, the down payment received has been forfeited and has gone to Nischer. Nischer is further entitled to demand compensation for the damage caused to the company by the buyer's breach of contract.
