NRP has acquired another logistics property. The real estate fund NRP 2016 AS is managed by NRP Asset Management AS. The fund currently has equity of MNOK 740 (EUR 83M), where the target is MNOK 950 (EUR  107M) and a maximum of NOK 1.5 billion (EUR 1.69 billion). This transaction is the funds first. 
 
The property is located at Lahaugmoen, along E6 between Oslo and Gardermoen, with long lease contract to Staples Norway AS. The property is about 25,800 sqm with a plot of about 48,000 sqm. In addition to the property there is an option to acquire adjacent plot. The property is under constructon and is completed in March 2017.
