Kadetten 29 is an office property on Karlbergsvägen 77-79 in the heart of Birkastan. Fridhem and Patriam see an attractive development potential in the property and a detail plan is underway with the goal of enabling construction of approximately 90 properties above eight floors. The property is taken possession of on February 15th 2017. The deal is partially financed by an emission of preference shares of EUR 24M directed towards international investors.
