Realkapital Investors Acquires Jessheim Industrial Park

Norway — Realkapital Investor bought Jessheim Industrial Park, located close to Oslo Gardermoen Airport. The property consists of five buildings – totaling 13,000 square meters on a 20 acre plot – and is fully leased. The seller of the property is a syndicate established by Clarkson Platou.<br />

Realkapital Investor will further develop the property, which now consists of five buildings of 13,000 square meters.

”Jessheim industrial park was bought in 2014 and has given investors a good return by refining tenant portfolio and strategic acquisitions during the ownership period. Jessheim is an exciting area of rapid growth, as we strongly believe that Jessheim industrial park also will give the new owner many possibilities,” says Paul Sandal at Clarkson Platou.

”We will further develop the property and look for opportunities to expand and upgrade for the benefit of existing and new tenants. We have great faith in Ullensaker as growth area, and the property has potential in the future as part of urban development in Jessheim,” says Anders Mørland, responsible for the project at Realkapital Investor.
