Niam acquired Sektor Gruppen in 2010, and then reduced its stake from 100% to 27.5% in 2012.

Niam now sells the remaining 27.5 percent to the three other owners, Norges Gruppen through Joh. Handel Eiendom 1 AS, Varner Gruppen through Varner Invest AS and Home Invest through K&S Holding AS.

The parties will not disclose the purchase price.

Niam will continue its cooperation with Sektor Gruppen through the existing management agreements in regards to shopping centers owned by other Niam funds.

Sektor Gruppen owns 34 shopping centers with a combined turnover of NOK 22.3 billion (€2.6 billion). The portfolio has a combined gross area of approximately 1 090 000 sqm.
