ATP Purchases Design Building in Copenhagen

Denmark — ATP Ejendomme purchases Dansk Design Center’s property on HC Andersens Boulevard near Tivoli in Copenhagen.

Henning Larsens Architects drew the building for Dansk Design Center and the property was inaugurated in 2000.

In conjunction with the divestment of the property, Dansk Design Center moves out.

ATP has already found a new anchor tenant - software company Falcon Social will move into four of the floors in July.
