SPG acquired the property in 2010 and has since renovated it. The company has now made the decision to sell the 8,200 sqm large property to Hamjern Eiendom.
 
”We’ve owned Finanshuset for seven years and this was a natural time for us to look for an exit. I believe Hamjern Eiendom, with their local connection, will be a good owner,” says SPG CEO Knut Holte.
