The portfolio comprises of five properties with approx. 135,000 sqm in strategic locations in Finland and covering distribution to more than 90 percent of the Finnish population. The assets are on a long term-lease to the government-owned Posti Group (Finnish postal service).

The portfolio was acquired by NRP in April 2015, and included in NRP Fund VI as a long-term investment. Wilfast Förvaltning AB has been the property manager.
