H&M Rents 7,000 sqm from Atrium Ljungberg

Sweden Sweden Atrium Ljungberg has signed a lease with H&M, who recently made a decision to increase their business at Liljeholmen in Stockholm.

The office property on Liljeholmen is located by Liljeholmskajen adjacent to Marievik’s office area and Liljeholmen’s mall. The close proximity between H&M’s current and future offices allowed the organization to continue to act as a unit. Possession of the offices, that have been adjusted to H&M’s activity based concept, will be taken en of 2018/beginning of 2019.
 
“We are very happy to have a successful company such as H&M develop their business in our facilities. Recently the Boulebar Tryckeriet, a 1,300 sqm Mediterranean park with a restaurant opened in a former industry facility in the property, and this spring Bankgirot moved all of their business here. Now the only vacant facility is a 600 sqm office and then we’ll be fully leased,” says Petter Klingofström, Rental Manager at Atrium Ljungberg.

Hemfosa Acquires Portfolio for EUR 106M
