Deka Acquires Oslo Office Property for EUR 77M

Norway — Deka Immobilien has acquired an office property in Oslo for around EUR 77M. The seller is the Norwegian project developer Winta Eiendom AS. The property is to be included in the portfolio of the open-ended real estate fund Westinvest Inter Select.

The property consists of three interconnected buildings. The ensemble has a lettable area of 8,200 square meters and is fully leased to the law firm Steenstrup Stordrange DA (SANDS). The remaining term of the lease is twelve years. The property is located in the Central Business District of the Norwegian capital.

CBRE Norway advised Deka on the transaction.
