Norwegian Oil Fund Sells in France

Norway Norway The partnership between Norges Bank Real Estate Management and AXA France has signed an agreement to sell an office property located on 31-33 rue de Verdun in Suresnes, France.

The agreement was signed on February 15th, with completion expected at the end of April.

Norges Bank Real Estate Management will receive EUR 63.25M for its 50 percent ownership interest. The property was acquired in July 2011 as part of a portfolio consisting of seven properties in and around Paris.

The buyer of the property is a subsidiary of M&G European Property Fund SICAV-FIS.

The property comprises 24,000 square metres of office space.
