“It is of course huge for us to land a project of this size, but it is at the same time a natural development and a part of our strategy to develop apartments and commercial projects in close cooperations,” says Henrik Skaarup, CEO at Gråkjær Erhverv.

Gråkjær and Koncenton has a close cooperation in many apartment projects in Copenhagen.

“We have a great cooperation with Gråkjær in many other projects and therefore we feel very confident in building such a large project with them,” says Anders Bangsgaard at Koncenton.

The building will consist of six stories and a basement. The basement and ground floor will encompass 2,600 square meters of commercial areas, where half of it is leased to Fitness World.

The construction is expected to start at the end of 2018 and be finished by the summer of 2020.
