SPG Purchases Development Property Outside of Oslo

Norway Norway Scandinavian Property Group (SPG) has purchased a development property of 125,000 square meters in Bærum municipality approximately 20 minutes west of Oslo city center.

Construction is expected to encompass approximately 130,000 – 160,000 BTA and the seller is Franzefoss Utvikling.
 
“Bærum is one of Norways most attractive municipalities. Bærum municipality will have require a lot of new accommodations with varying concepts during the years to come. With our background within healthcare we look forward to contributing to the area with new concepts regarding retirement homes, while the area is also in need of preschools and more affordable apartments for youth and first time buyers,” says Knut Holte, Managing Partner at SPG.
 
In total, approximately 1,500 apartments will be built and the project will take about ten years to complete.
