The property, formerly a Circle K gas station, has a land area of 563 square meters. In March last year, it was sold for MNOK 38 after it was announced at a price benefit of MNOK 22. Moller Eiendom has now bought Balders gate 28 for MNOK 31.6 million. The seller was Circle K.

"We have had the opportunity to buy a central, attractive and small plot in Frogner that we will develop to be a natural contribution to the local community. The land in Balders gate is basically not a natural part of our property portfolio, but is a dream project where we will work out a solution we can be proud of for generations," says Jakob Krupka, Director of Business Development in Møller Eiendom.
