New CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Realkapital

Norway Norway Anders Solaas has been appointed as CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Realkapital in Norway. He joins from Entra ASA, where he has had a leading role as Head of Leasing and property development.

Anders Solaas has been part of the Management Group at Entra since 2010. Previously, he has had a number of leading roles in real estate and finance for the listed company Hafslund, a Nordic energy group based in Norway. Anders Solaas holds a degree from Lund University and a bachelor's degree from Mannheim University.

“Anders is well known as a highly competent leader in the Norwegian real estate industry and has all the prerequisites for managing and further developing our growth strategy in the Norwegian market. Anders Solaas will take up his new position on October 1st 2018, replacing Daniel Kronheffer, who has been acting CEO.
