This year, the two companies had a combined turnover of EUR 900M split among 20 shopping centers. The companies own ten centers each with a combined area of 250,000 sqm.
 
“Our goal is to create the top environment for management, development and operation of shopping centers in Norway,” says Hans Jørgen Mørland, who will be the merged company Scala Eiendom’s CEO.
 
The company will be Norway’s fourth largest shopping center company.
