Herning Center Changes Owner

Denmark Denmark Danske Shoppingcentre, a JV between ATP Ejendomme and Danica Ejendomme, acquires Herning Center, making it their 17th Danish shopping center.

Danske Shooppingcentre acquired Herning Center in competition with both domestic and foreign investors.
 
Formally, the sale must now be approved by the Danish Competition Authority. It is expected to happen over the next couple of months. The new owner will then take over the center on October 1, 2018.

In just the past five years alone, there has been approximately MDKK 100 invested in the center, so it is a modern and also very well-run shopping center, we take over with high rental rates, exciting stores and a solid customer base.
