The property is a flexible multi-user building with robust cash flow. About one third of the area is office space while the rest of the area consists of combination and storage rooms. There is 730 sqm of free space in the building upon acquisition. Realkpapital Investor believes that the demand for combination rooms in the area will increase over time.
