The hotel properties comprise approximately 340 hotel rooms with a total lettable area of over 30 000 square metres. The hotel operators in the three hotel properties are Scandic Ikaalisten Kylpylä, Scandic Kotka and Rauman Hovi Oy. All the lease agreements have long maturities.

The Seller of the hotel properties is Tradeka-kiinteistöt Oy. TradekaYhtiöt Group sold its hotel operations to Scandic at the end of 2017.
