The seven properties have a total leasable area of almost 160,000 sqm office, retail and warehouse/logistic spaces.
The portfolio includes the shopping center Solsiden in Trondheim, an office property by Lysaker train station, two office properties and one logistic property in Oslo, a mixed-used property in Kolbotn and an office and warehouse property in Asker.
