Sagax Makes New Finnish Purchase

Finland — Through four separate transactions, Sagax has acquired five properties in Finland and one property in the Netherlands. The total investment amounts to MSEK 261 (EUR 25.3M).

The properties encompass a total leasable area of 36,900 sqm, mainly consisting of warehouse and industry facilities. The average remaining lease time is 4.2 years and the annual rental income amounts to MSEK 32. The occupancy rate amounts to 94 percent. Access to the properties will be granted during Q4 2018 and Q1 2019.
