Loe Utvikling Sells to Solon

Norway Norway Loe Utvikling sells two properties on Sofiemyr to Sofiemyr Næring AS, owned by Solon Eiendom and Vatne Property, for approximately MNOK 500 (EUR 51M).

The properties consist of warehouse/logistics with a building of 31,000 sqm and a plot area of 63 acres. The remain lease for the tenant is seven years and the rental income is MNOK 25M (EUR 2.5M) per year.

The area is allocated for housing purposes in Nordre Follo's development plan.

"In Solon Eiendom, we consider each project as unique and that every site has a value for the community. Solon Eiendom has several successful housing projects in Oppegård municipality, and has Follo as one of our main areas of focus. At Sofiemyr we will develop the project we think is best for the area," says Tom André Svenning-Gultvedt, Development Director at Solon Eiendom.
