The properties consist of warehouse/logistics with a building of 31,000 sqm and a plot area of 63 acres. The remain lease for the tenant is seven years and the rental income is MNOK 25M (EUR 2.5M) per year.

The area is allocated for housing purposes in Nordre Follo's development plan.
