Klövern Increases their Ownership in Tobin

Sweden — Klövern has purchased ordinary shares in Tobin Properties for SEK 14.2 million and now owns 84.6 percent of the shares, corresponding to 86.4 percent of the votes.

Klövern's latest purchase was made at SEK 10 per share.

Klövern has also transferred just over 1.4 million own repurchased shares for SEK 12.6, totaling almost SEK 18 million. After the transfer, the company has 90 million own shares, corresponding to 9.8 per cent of the company.
