Founded in 2013, CC Property is a partnership based in Copenhagen, with a first rate client roster including leading pension funds, investors and developers.

The new partner brings the number of firms within Gerald Eve’s international alliance to 22. CC Property is the first new arrival since Italian firm Gabetti Property Solutions joined last year, and extends representation for the alliance to 20 countries.

The international alliance we have built is a direct response to this need, and the arrival of CC Property – one of Denmark’s leading real estate advisory firms – gives clients access to an even greater spread of expertise.”

Peter Mahony, managing director of CC Property added: “We look forward being part of an international alliance, with a broad international base. We are also confident that this joining the Gerald Eve will be to the benefit for the client of  the alliance. Real estate environment has become an international business, and we see a growing interest among foreign investors for the Danish market as well as Danish investors looking aboard.”
