Joining the alliance is CC Property, a full-service real estate consultancy with key competencies in investment, agency, development, finance and valuation. Founded in 2013, CC Property is a partnership based in Copenhagen, with a first rate client roster including leading pension funds, investors and developers.

The new partner brings the number of firms within Gerald Eve’s international alliance to 22. CC Property is the first new arrival since Italian firm Gabetti Property Solutions joined last year, and extends representation for the alliance to 20 countries.
