Jon-Erik Lunøe comes from the position as general manager of the real estate development company Ulven AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of OBOS. He has extensive experience from the real estate and construction industry, both as a manager, a professional and a consultant. Lunøe has mostly worked for a larger group, such as OBOS, Selvaag and NCC. He also has some years of international experience.
"Working at OBOS has been rewarding and developing, and it is sad to say goodbye to good colleagues. That said, I look forward to leading Bane NOR Eiendom and becoming part of the Bane NOR Group. I experience Bane NOR Eiendom as an exciting company with a great potential. The company owns many central properties at the hub around the country, and manages an important part of Norwegian railway history. At the same time, the company is also an important contributor to the development of future cities and places. I look forward to getting to know the organization better, and will use my knowledge and experience to give the business a further boost and put sustainability on the agenda even more clearly," says Lunøe.
CEO of Bane NOR and chairman of the board of Bane NOR Eiendom AS, Gorm Frimannslund, is pleased with the appointment of Jon-Erik Lunøe.
"Jon-Erik's background and expertise makes him very well qualified to lead Bane NOR Eiendom, and I warmly welcome him. With his experience from other companies and his strong focus on sustainability, he can add fresh thoughts and new inspiration to our diverse property business. I am also looking forward to getting him as a member of the corporate management team," says Frimannslund.
