Jon-Erik Lunøe comes from the position as general manager of the real estate development company Ulven AS, a wholly owned subsidiary of OBOS. He has extensive experience from the real estate and construction industry, both as a manager, a professional and a consultant. Lunøe has mostly worked for a larger group, such as OBOS, Selvaag and NCC. He also has some years of international experience.

"Working at OBOS has been rewarding and developing, and it is sad to say goodbye to good colleagues. That said, I look forward to leading Bane NOR Eiendom and becoming part of the Bane NOR Group. The company owns many central properties at the hub around the country, and manages an important part of Norwegian railway history.
