Harry Sjögren has acquired the property Bolsheden 1:4 (“Kungsporten”) adjacent to the traffic route to Särö in Kungsbacka, totalling approx. 17,800 sqm.

The seller is a fund linked to Valad, who had CBRE as advisor.
 
Kungsporten consists of seven office and retail buildings built 1991. The property holds over 80 customers operating in grocery and wholesale trade as well as the healthcare sector. The occupancy rate is 86%.
