Oslo Areal is one of the larger real estate companies in Norway, with a portfolio of approximately 250,000 sqm, distributed amongst 21 properties.
AMF pays NOK 3,3 billion (€ 356 M) for 50 percent of the company shares, which was previously wholly owned by Gjensidige.

The Swedish pension company AMF purchases 50 percent of the shares in Oslo Areal, from Norwegian insurance company Gjensidige Forsikring.
