Stor-Oslo Eiendom is now a complete, unmitigated property development company within the areas of financing, project development and economic management.
Stor-Oslo Eiendom currently manage 22 project companies together with financial partners, with a combined realised value of approximately NOK 15 billion (€1.75 billion), which makes the company Norway’s largest partner owned property development company.
Mathis Grimstad, who has long been project manager and partner in the company, will lead the new merged business.
Stor-Oslo Managements and Stor-Oslo Projekt’s former CEOs Fredrik Torgersen and Arne Brovold will remain within the company and are a part of the management team.
