The acquisitions, which take place in company form, are partly financed with the new share issue completed in December 2019 and are expected to be accepted during Q1 2020. The properties located in Bergen, Mosjön, Nes and Trondheim have a total lettable area of ​​11,008 sqm. The food chains Norgesgruppen, Norsk Butikkdrift and Bunnpris are the largest tenants. The average remaining term of the leases is 4.2 years. The total rental value amounts to MNOK 15.1 and the occupancy rate is 99 percent.
