Olav Thon Eiendomsselskap Reaches Full Ownership of Thon Reitan AS

Norway — Subsidiary, Amfi Eiendom AS, takes over as of Jan. 1, 2016 all shares in 50 percent owned unit, Thon Reitan AS.

De four shopping center properties have a total gross area of approximately 120,000 sqm. The property portfolio has a total rental value of approximately € 18 M fully leased.
The shopping centers will continue to be managed by Amfi Drift AS. Thon Reitan AS will rename the company on 1 January 2016.

Thon Reitan AS owns the following shopping centers:
• Amfi Moss Moss
• Mosseporten in Moss
• Rygge Storsenter in Moss
• Sandens in Kristiansand
