Jeudan Purchases Large Office Project

Denmark — Jeudan, listed on Mid Cap Copenhagen, purchases AP Møller/Maersk’s head quarters on Amerika Plads in Copenhagen for MDDK 585 (€78 M).

The office building, encompassing approximately 16,000 sqm, is under construction and AP Møller/Maersk is expected to move in during 2017.

During 2015 Jeudan has purchased properties in Copenhagen for approximately MDKK 1,100 and the company’s property value is approximately DKK 20 billion (€2,68 billion).
