The well-known property was constructed in 1941 and has a vivid history in the use of the KY community and as apartment, office, retail and restaurant premises. The seven-storey high building comprised originally mainly student apartments but the apartment premises were converted into office premises in the 1970’s. Currently, some of the premises are used by the KY Foundation. In addition, the building consists of office and restaurant premises.


The building is located in the border of the Kamppi and Etu-Töölö districts and it is part of the nationally significant built cultural environments.
