Catella’s mandate comprises leasing management and advisory services for the landmark property Kirjatalo in Helsinki CBD anchored by the Academic Bookstore. 

The property, known as Kirjatalo, is located adjacent to Stockmann’s flagship department store and the Esplanade Park. Kirjatalo was built in 1969, the property comprises ca. 8,450 sq metres of fully occupied lettable area.
