“We are positive towards the new owners and their goals of a long-term ownership and wishes to further develop the park both through growth with current tenants and by attracting new tenants to the park” says Johan Einar Jørgensen, CEO at Raufoss Næringspark.
“The mandate of Storebrand Optimér has since the beginning in 2006 been to build, manage and realize projects in commercial real estate, and a divestment has been in the cards the entire way. We have put a high price on the cooperation with Raufoss Næringspark, and are confidant that the new owners want to continue to develop the area to benefit the region” says CEO of Storebrand Optimér Sveinung Lindaas.
